My precise organizational skills and crystal-clear approach to communication keep our teams and projects running at peak performance, and my relentless can-do attitude brings a positivity to all our work.

If creativity is the pulse, then bravery to lead the way is the breath that gives life to our work. I strive to develop environments where people can make the uncomfortable step to be creative and bridge gaps in understanding or problem solving. I see storytelling as a key to developing compassion—which is essential in our work—and enables us to view challenges and successes from all angles so that our decisions are informed and wholistic.

With an entrepreneurial spirit, I have done everything from selling rabbits in the third grade for ice cream money, to promoting arts and culture for an artist residency in Italy.

I have a BA in Creative Writing from Pacific University and will always be a student of the world as a traveler. I'm an active participant in the Central Oregon community as a board member of the Cascade Environmental Alliance, alumna of the Leadership Bend 2026 cohort, and a regular at the Raging Writers poetry circle.
